Platform Export Pack

Platform Primary Exports QA Notes
LinkedIn 1200x1200 square, 1200x628 landscape, 720x900 4:5 mobile portrait. LinkedIn single-image specs list JPG/PNG/GIF, 5 MB max, 1200x1200 square and 1200x628 landscape recommendations. Vertical delivery is mobile-only, so keep the square as the default master.
Instagram 1080x1350 feed portrait, 1080x1080 square, 1080x1920 story/reel, 420x654 reel-cover review crop. Use no tiny text near top/bottom UI zones. Treat Meta specs as final at scheduling time because Ads Manager/Business Suite can reject placement-specific crops.
Facebook 1080x1350 feed portrait, 1080x1080 square, 1200x628 link preview, 1080x1920 story/reel. Make feed and link-preview versions separately so the CTA destination does not crop the main proof point.
X 1200x1200 square, 1200x628 landscape, 1440x1800 4:5, 1080x1920 vertical. X creative specs support multiple ratios for video/carousel contexts. Keep text large and centered because the feed crop can vary.
YouTube 3840x2160 thumbnail master, 1280x720 fallback export, 1080x1920 Shorts frame. YouTube recommends large 16:9 custom thumbnails and notes mobile/desktop upload file-size differences. Shorts thumbnails are selected frames, so design strong in-video frames.

AI Studio Repair Brief

Required app behavior
  • Input one approved social packet ID and platform.
  • Return a visual brief, crop-pack prompt set, alt text, and QA checklist.
  • Produce one JSON asset contract that Hermes can save beside the packet.
  • Never schedule, publish, or imply approval from generated output alone.
Guardrails
  • No guaranteed returns, appreciation promises, or investment-performance framing.
  • No "verified" claim unless the verification standard is defined.
  • No fake property photos passed as real inventory.
  • No CMO approval bypass; generated variants remain drafts.

Folder Contract

Each packet gets a dated asset folder:

/mnt/hermes-output/social-ops/assets/YYYY/MM/YYYY-MM-DD/<platform>/<post_id>/

Required contents: source.md, visual-brief.md, asset-master.*, exports/, alt-text.md, preview.png, approval.md, and qa.json.

CMO Decisions

Decision 1

Approve visual lanes?

Approve or amend the first three visual directions before any assets are produced.

Decision 2

Real photos vs moodboards?

Confirm whether real property photography is required or AI moodboards are acceptable for draft exploration only.

Decision 3

AI Studio dependency?

Confirm the app must be repaired before production generation, with Hermes storing outputs in the folder contract.
